Biography
Dr. Ho Jung Chang is professor of Electronics Engineering at Dankook University, where he is a member of the Ubiquitous Health System Research Center and Information Display Research Center. He is also vice-president of International Microelectronics and Packaging Society (IMAPS), Korea chapter. Prof. Chang received his Ph. D on superconducting thin film physics and technology from the Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1992. Prof. Chang’s current research activities focus on the development of high efficient organic light emitting diodes and organic-inorganic thin film field effect transistors for the applications of bio-sensing devices as well as flexible electronic switching devices. He was awarded the Selected Excellent Research Output 30 in 2004 from the Korea Science and Engineering Foundation (KOSEF) and the Korea Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) for his research accomplishments. His recent projects include the development of high efficient polymer light emitting diodes and flexible thin film transistors. Dr. Chang is working at The Integrated Nanosystem Research Facility at UC Irvine as visiting professor.
